2,500 WORKERS UNSAFE: WHO WILL PAY THE BILL FOR PIZZA FAN
There are people behind closed doors. And these people cannot wait indefinitely for answers.
The Pizza Fan case raises big questions. The chain's stores across the country have suspended their operations, while approximately 2,500 workers face uncertainty.
And now the real hard times begin.
Who will pay the employee's rent at the end of the month
Who will cover the supermarket, electricity, water, installments and the needs of their children
Who will ensure that these people do not lose their income and find themselves without insurance coverage due to an event that they are not necessarily responsible for
Why can't a person who went to work normally, worked his shift, and received his paycheck fall victim to a crisis he didn't create?
If the allegations being investigated are confirmed, responsibilities must be sought where they truly belong. Not to be moved on the backs of workers.
Justice must do its job. Every case must be investigated thoroughly and every liability must be charged based on the evidence. However, this does not mean that the state can sit idly by while watching the agony of thousands of people.
The competent government and the Ministry of Labor must immediately give clear answers.
What is planned for their salaries
What will happen to stamps and their insurance coverage
What measures will be taken so that the workers and their families do not pay the price of this case
And until the situation is clarified, what will these people live with?
We are not talking about numbers on a table. We are talking about 2,500 workers, about houses that need to be maintained, about families that need to eat and about people who have the right to know what will happen to them in the morning.
Legality is not optional. But even the protection of workers cannot be an issue that is postponed for tomorrow.
It is not enough to count arrests, complaints and sums. We must also count the consequences in the lives of people who risk being in the middle of a great adventure.
Because, after all, fines, investigations and court decisions have their course.
But the rent does not wait. Not even the refrigerator is filled with promises.
And 2,500 workers are not numbers. They are people.
What do you think? Who should take responsibility to immediately protect Pizza Fan employees
