Citizens who want to revalue their real estate can do so
process until December 31, 2026. The State Cadastre Agency has published
the instructions for the application through e-Albania, the evaluation method and the corresponding payments.
According to the announcement, the applicant must enter e-Albania and select the “Wealth revaluation” service.
Then fill in the form, send the application and make the payment.
The revaluation can be done by a licensed real estate appraisal expert or by the Local Directorates of the ASHK.
**The revaluation tax is 5% of the taxable base.** In addition to it, the service fee is also paid, for which ASHK publishes the following bands:

For citizens seeking to reassess more than one property, the procedure must be completed separately for each property.
ASHK announces that the time of receiving the service is **five days from the payment confirmation**. Applications are made through the e-Albania platform, following the steps of the relevant service.
