Valon Ramushi is the name of the suspect for the double murder that happened on Friday afternoon in Livoq te Ulët, Gjilan.
The serious case is suspected to have happened after the shooting, where two people were killed and several injured.
The police confirmed that the suspect has surrendered to the police.
“It has been established that it is a serious incident, where it is suspected that a 30-year-old male person was killed by a firearm, who was found inside a car,” Hashani said.
Meanwhile, a 30-year-old woman was sent without signs of life to the General Hospital of Gjilan.
“A female person, around 30 years old, was brought to the General Hospital in Gjilan with no signs of life, who is suspected to have also been killed by a firearm by the same suspect,” the Police spokesperson announced.
Another person was injured in the shooting. Hashani has announced that, after the initial treatment in the Emergency of the General Hospital in Gjilan, the injured has been transferred to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.
“Another person, who suffered gunshot wounds, after receiving first aid at the Emergency Department of the General Hospital in Gjilan, was transferred to KKUK for further medical treatment,” he declared.
The police suspect that there is a family relationship between the suspect and the victims, but the motive of the incident has not yet been determined.
