The well-known actress Monika Lubonja has broken her silence through a reaction on social networks, openly declaring about the event in which her name was included in the case of the intimate materials of the composer Adrian Hila.
Through a direct and touching message, she has confirmed that she has turned to the justice authorities to protect her dignity and privacy.
In her reaction, Lubonja says that she feels betrayed by a person to whom she had given her trust and several years of her life. She emphasizes that she was not aware of nor did she give her consent to be recorded, let alone for these intimate materials to be distributed or published.
“I loved someone and I believed. I am not ashamed of the love I gave,” she writes, expressing her pain at the misuse of her faith.
The actress has also called on the media to respect her privacy and avoid speculation or publication of intimate materials. Also, she has asked the public opinion not to turn her pain into entertainment and not to judge her for the trust she gave to a person whom she describes as unfaithful.
Along with her reaction, Monika Lubonja has also published the lawsuit filed with the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.
In the legal document, she appears as a victim accusing the citizen Adrian Hila, while the charges for the criminal offenses “Insult”, according to Article 119 of the Criminal Code, and “Unjust interference in private life”, according to Article 121 of the Criminal Code, are mentioned.
Lubonja concluded her reaction with a firm attitude, stressing that she will follow the case through legal channels until the end, with the conviction that the truth will come out.
“I do not forgive my dignity and infidelity to anyone who used my life! I will pursue him legally and I am sure that the truth will speak”, concluded the actress.
