New details have been revealed from the Lezha police action, leading to the arrest of 3 armed men who were driving a stolen motorcycle on the old Lezha road, ready to kill a person who is known as “strong” in the Lezha area.
The capture of Vinçent Piroli, Kristian Ymeri alias Shkambit and Elden Tarja is being pursued by the police and the prosecutor's office of Lezha, which has launched investigations into “Unauthorized possession of firearms and ammunition”, “Providing the conditions to commit murder” and “Trafficking of motor vehicles”.
But the data show that this issue will not stay long in Lezha, as SPAK has also shown interest in their capture, with the hope of falling within a criminal group that commits murders for hire.
According to the journalist Elton Qyno, the murder was planned to be carried out this morning, but the perpetrators who had undertaken to carry out this work in the field, did not at any time notice the silhouette of the target they were looking for.
But while walking on the street with the stolen motorcycle and covered with spacesuits, they were filmed by several security cameras installed in the area. Meanwhile, their presence was noticed by the residents of the area, who notified the police.
The criminal police of Lezha have evaluated the information as much as possible by conducting several checks in the area and setting up roadblocks. Thanks to the good blocking of the area and the introduction of police agents, it became possible to locate and then arrest the people who were standing on the motorcycle.
During their search, you found firearms and telephones. One of them is Vinçent Piroli, a person of high social risk, involved in several criminal events and filed by the police as a hired killer.
Piroli turns out to be a character with previous criminal precedents, as he was previously accused of a murder in Montenegro. Meanwhile, in January 2022, he himself was the target of an assassination attempt in Shkodër.
Piroli was arrested by the police at the exit of Lezha, while driving a Volkswagen type car. In the apartment of the arrested Elden Tarja in Barbullush, and in the premises around it, firearms and the motorcycle stolen in Sweden were found.
Police also seized the Volkswagen vehicle and the motorcycle allegedly used by the suspects. This event has already raised strong suspicions that this unit of hired killers also participated in the serious assassination that took place in Saranda, where “Tani i Ruzhdiut” was killed.
In both cases, the persons acted on motorcycles and were equipped with pistols.
