Orinda Huta has reacted on social networks after the discussions caused by her stance on marriage
and divorce during the last installment of the show “Goca dhe Gra” on Top Channel.
The moderator, who was part of the debate on couple relations in the context of recent events
that have included some well-known characters, has decided to publicly clarify her position.
Through a post on Instagram Story, Orinda emphasized that she does not consider divorce as the first solution when a couple faces difficulties, but that does not mean that a marriage should be saved at all costs.
“I am not in favor of divorce as the first solution. I believe that young people today should take marriage and the commitment it requires more seriously,” wrote the moderator.
According to her, every relationship goes through difficult periods, which require patience and commitment from both partners.
“A relationship is not a straight line. There are crises, difficulties and moments that require patience, commitment and effort from both sides. We cannot give up whenever things get difficult,” she continued.
However, Orinda made a clear distinction between trying to save a marriage and accepting a relationship that lacks respect.
“But fighting for marriage does not mean accepting disrespect or sacrificing dignity,” concluded Huta.
