Citizens who want to revalue their real estate can do so<\/p>\n

According to the announcement, the applicant must enter e-Albania and select the \u201cWealth revaluation\u201d service.<\/p>\n

The revaluation can be done by a licensed real estate appraisal expert or by the Local Directorates of the ASHK.<\/p>\n

**The revaluation tax is 5% of the taxable base.** In addition to it, the service fee is also paid, for which ASHK publishes the following bands:<\/p>\n
