DP deputy, Klevis Balliu, has ironized the two SP deputies, Erion Braçe and Elisa Spiropali, who, even though they openly spoke against the territorial reform, voted for it in Parliament.

Invited to News24, he stated that he showed more dignity to Zegjine Çaushi, who does not go against the party, than those who go against it, but in the end follow the orders.

Balliu said that Prime Minister Edi Rama asked the socialist deputies to express their opinions, but then to vote according to the position of the parliamentary group.

“Zegjineja came out with more standard and dignity, because Brace is with Spiropali. Zegjineja does not claim to be an oppositionist, she says that I am a soldier of the party, whatever the party says. Honest. Spiropali is coming out, makes a speech with pathos, and I'll get the vote.

Del Erion Braçe for two weeks I will do this and that, and those comical scenes where he lowers his head and shows how they forced me. What pistol did they put to his head?! Who forced you sir?! What did they say to him, you will leave the group? Yes, you are the deputy of the citizens, for the interest of the citizens. Divjaka has kept it for 30 years. They asked him to leave us where we are. Rama told him, tell those fools what you have to say, then vote away. He told him that you will leave the group”, said Balliu.

The democratic deputy mocked the socialists who act as a different voice in the SP, bringing the example of Belinda Balluku, for whom the socialists voted not to remove her immunity.

“Zegineja, from a moral point of view, is cleaner. They act like dissidents, they act like dissidents. A different voice in the SP. He did the same thing with Belinda, he talked and talked about corruption and went and defended them. He erased them in some place. Spiropali did it a couple of times, the taxes went to the husband's business. That's it. These have nothing to do with the state, but with the thefts. Therefore, the call of the citizens ‘you do not represent us’ is very beautiful”, said Balliu.
